Strawberry Shortcake Bar Cake Pops

- Blue Ribbon Classics® Strawberry Shortcake Bars
- Melted chocolate or colorful melting candies for dipping/drizzling
- Assorted sprinkles for decorating
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
All:
- Remove bars from sticks
- WORKING QUICKLY---Portion out the size cake pop you want, and roll the frozen dessert bar into a ball •
- Place the balls on sheet pans lined with parchment paper
- Insert popsicle sticks into each ball
- Then pop into the freezer to harden
- When hardened, remove and decorate using frosting or melted chocolate or colorful melting candies—you can either drizzle over the ice cream bar pops or dip them. Add sprinkles and voila!
- Freeze until ready to serve
